UK delivery
UK delivery costs £4. Delivery is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal is £50 or more at checkout.
In-stock orders are dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next-working-day dispatch means we send the order on the next working day; it is not a guarantee that the courier will deliver it that same day. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on the courier and destination.
Tracking details will be provided where the selected service includes tracking.
International delivery
Available international destinations and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, customs and the local courier. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.
Delays and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at revivvd@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will investigate it with the courier.
Longer lead times
If an item has a longer making or dispatch time, this will be stated on its product page and that stated lead time will apply.
